The Town of Duxbury is seeking input from residents regarding the proposed 40B housing development project located at 107 High Street, Duxbury and 0 Valley Street, Pembroke.

As many residents may be aware, a 40B housing development project has been proposed for a property located at 107 High Street, Duxbury and 0 Valley Street, Pembroke. The project consists of 60 residential rental homes, 20% of which will be affordable at 50% of the Area Median Income pursuant to the new England fund Program.
The Town is gathering information on the potential impacts of the proposed development from our Department Heads, Boards and Committees. As part of that process, the Town would also like to hear from our residents.
